At Yami Dance Shoes, we want you to dance with confidence; if your shoes don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with the protective film still attached to the outsoles.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and include all accessories, such as shoe bags or heel protectors, to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping mailing bag.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
